Visited this location today 11/13. I was soo discombobulated this morning, by the time l got to the window l noticed l hadn’t even ordered until l had got to the window. The lady was sooo kind and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service this morning.
My sisters initial order was incorrect and when she tried to get the attention of the person who prepared it, she was of ignored. She finally got the attention of another individual who corrected her order and apologized. The facility needs better cleaning as the seats had crumbs on several benches. .
Service was great, I didn't eat but my drink was flawless. Unless you consider the high price a flaw.
Honestly it's been probably twenty years since I was last in a Starbucks, prior to this. Perhaps the chain has dialed their interior design way back in that time, or maybe it was simply a difference between this location and others I've been to. In any case, I found myself sort of disappointed with the lack of.. really, anything to look at inside.
