If you’re lucky enough to have Chelsey or Emily take care of you you’re in for a great time and a good view. I highly recommend this bar.“

“My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

“We had an out of the blue date night last night. My mom came over and we asked to go to dinner with no idea where to go. We decided to give Lakshore Grille a try and WOWWWWW. We were so happy with our decision to come there. We will be back over and over again. The food was some of the best we have had and the entire service staff was so friendly. The cocktails were also yum. You definitely get your monies worth. It seems like a great place to work and a wonderful atmosphere. We can't wait to go back. Great job!“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“I was passing through town and found this cozy bar and restaurant. The 'wine down burger' was excellent, and the staff were friendly, responsive and overall very pleasant. The vibe was friendly with an elevated air of standards.“

“Haven't been their in years but the two times I did eat here was great delicious food,called in today for the first time in a while to order two rib plates and the person said we had to order an hour before closing my question is well why doint they have that on their web site and what's the difference between a to go order and me waiting on my food while dining in she told me they were only serving people dining in it wouldn't have cost nothing to go head a fix the order out of courtesy for those who didn't know the cut off to go order time very disappointing because we were on our way there.“

“Hands down my new favorite place, I'm very skeptical about trying new places but I'm so glad I took the chance to try this place. Everything about this place deserves 5 stars, the people were so nice, the food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was so nice. The food was so worth the price, there was so much food that I got half way through my plate and was already full, everything was so well cooked and came out hot and ready in only 4 minutes. The service was absolutely incredible, the girl that was working the cash register was so nice and was very patient while taking my order, even though I ordered the same thing as my friend she was still nice and waited for me to choose what I wanted and the yum yum sauce (white sauce) was very good too, usually at places like these the sauce is oddly thick and doesn't look appealing, but the sauce here is so sweet and perfect. The atmosphere of this place was so relaxing and the music that was playing was very good, not much to say about the atmosphere other than how nice it was. I can't find one singular reason to not like this place, I usually don't leave reviews but this place was too good not to leave a review. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and will bring more people to come and try this place.“

“Hands down our favorite Mexican restaurant in Chattanooga. Never disappoints! Can’t go wrong with the enchiladas verdes. Ask for Carlos and order a fiestarona with a large cheese dip.“

“Ok Comprehensive breakdown time.
Food: really good for being a fast delivery. I couldn't tell if it was terrible quality (canned, frozen) but i enjoyed what I got so.. My wife didn't care for hers but that falls mostly on the service because she didnt get what she ordered. Segway to.. SERVICE: I dont want to fault our waitress too much because I am a human being. The table next to us was a young man our waitress was... really smitten with and they talked a lot. She did apologize for that but again.. who can blame her haha. She was attentive to our needs and took care of our questions and extra requests beyond our order. Atmosphere: really the only thing going for this place is the view. Feels rinkydink but was functional.“

“Wonderful food always have loved beefs just incredibly hot felt like there was no AC and in our booth the sun was just blinding wish there were shades to block it out barely could see and my eyes were killing me afterwards.... It was mostly the temperature was hot had to take the rest of our food to go because we were sweating just sitting there“
