“As someone born and raised in Carthage, this has always been my go-to and favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is consistently delicious, and a few of my must-haves are the Mino Special, Steak Fajita Nachos, Guacamole Mexicana, and the enchiladas — all so good!
The service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or picking up a to-go order. It’s one of those places that feels like home. Highly recommend if you're ever in town and craving great Mexican food!“

“It's Taco Bell. Food was what you get at Taco Bell. I always get the power bowl, and it's good. This Taco Bell is set apart, in my opinion, because it is the happiest Taco Bell I've ever been in. The employees are always laughing and seem to be happy to be their. Super friendly. ?“

“I want to give a special Thank You to Conrad who made our lunch experience today exceptional! He was polite, professional & down right funny. His interaction with guests should be mirrored by other employees. Service was fast and our lunch was delicious. A shout out to the cooks as well!“

“We stopped by for a drink & to check out the menu. The salsa was so good we ended up ordering an appetizer, & then mixed fajitas to take home with us for dinner. Pleasantly surprised that our tab was very reasonable, and our server was wonderful.“
