“I had the opportunity to visit the Brass Lantern for the first time last week with family. The wait time was minimal at dinner. We had the nicest server take care of us! Salad bar was on point! We all had the daily special, 6oz steak. They were wonderful! What a great visit and it will definitely not be my last!“

“Ok I was eating breakfast with my granddaughter (9)all the employees were talking about some things that they shouldn’t have been where a customer would be able to here. Talking about other customers that come in the store loudly to where everyone in that place could hear.
As far as the food biscuits were kinda to brown on bottoms and kinda hard not fresh.

As we were getting up to leave there was an employee that was cleaning tables couldn’t wait for us to get out of the way so she could wipe down the table. sorry we were in the way.“

“I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times now. Yes the food is as great as fast food can be. But the service from the employees at the drive through window was kinda doll. Now I used to work fast food for many years so I hate continuously reading scripts to every customer but they could still put alittle happiness into the conversations with their customers. Other than the doll service it’s still a great place to get your favorite fast food meals. And based on eat their food I know they work hard.“

“I usually have a bad experience at this location and have no idea why I keep stopping but I’m happy I did this time, apparently there is a new gm and she’s doing the damn thing. Brenda is awesome and very sweet. A complete night and day difference! I see people wearing gloves and never have I been talked to so polite and sweet at this location. “Outside seating had great service. We had our food out in under 5mins after ordering. Food was hot and we all enjoyed it! They had a lot of staff working so they quickly responded to any request.

Parking: Plenty of food spots available around the building.

Kid-friendliness: There is an outside seating and service is great outside for kids who don’t want to sit in the car.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite..ordering was easy. The associate at the register was friendly and smiling ..the dining room was dirty and there were fruit flies all over the ketchup dispenser..not a good look .when we sat down there were fruit flies at our table ..bathroom was dirty..manager needs to get a hold of this place .“
