We went to the waffle house on September 27 we get there at 10:05 1105. We still didn’t have her order. They was putting to go orders and DoorDash orders before the customers that was there very displaced.
Treyston the goat best grill cook give raise so is waitress Terri
We’ve got to go orders four different times, every single time the order is missing something or they forget the order completely and we end up sitting there forever, and there is no way to call and let them know as they only take online orders, as someone that lives 25-30 mins away we aren’t going to turn around and drive back to make it right. To go ordering definitely needs work.

Waffle House offers a variety of tasty food, with many customers praising the meals for being delicious and cooked to perfection. Visitors appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful, friendly staff, especially highlighting moments when servers went above and beyond to ensure a good experience. The restaurant is open 24 hours, providing a convenient option for a good meal at a great price, and some customers discovered delightful surprises like chocolate creme pie for dessert.
However, the service quality has been mixed. While some reviews mention quick and attentive service, others point out slow responses, mistakes in orders, and a lack of attentiveness from waitstaff, such as dropping the check without asking if anything else was needed. One customer noted that despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff seemed to treat them as an inconvenience, and there were extra charges on a to-go order that caused some dissatisfaction.
The cook Jacob was especially praised for his kindness and effort, including cleaning the table for guests. Overall, Waffle House is seen as a larger, friendly place that many enjoy visiting, but some hope for improved service during future visits.
