We came in and sat with Bethany. She went above and beyond. great service great food !! we will be back to see Bethany again.
Their customer service is awful! I placed an order for curbside pickup. I do this because I have mobility issues. I get to Logans and per their text, I text Here. I receive a text telling me my order will be right out. 15 minutes later, I go in. At the table as you walk in are three teenagers laughing, talking, etc. I say I had a curbside order and no one has brought it out. It was sitting right there on the bench behind them. LOVED our waitress, Kayla . She was very attentive to us, so polite and kind. Whatever we needed, she went above and beyond to make sure we were met with hospitality and respect. She is by far one of the best waitresses we have had at ANY Logan's roadhouse restaurants! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go on a night she is serving; she really made it feel welcoming!!
