If I could give a - 1 I would give this place one why should you have to ask someone to wash their hands before they fix your food ?
This place needs to close or get workers in it who know what they're doing. I'm vegan and eat a veggie chopped salad pretty much every day for lunch at the Louisville, TN Subway location, and they are absolutely wonderful. I had someone pick one up for me at the Lenoir City location and it was less than half full AND half the help was smoking pot in the parking lot with her boyfriend.
