McDonald's is a popular restaurant that offers a range of meals, including the iconic Big Mac. The food is always good and accurate. The lady that took the order was amazing and so kind, and it really was a great experience. However, the shake machine has been out of service, and the ice cream machine was down. Some customers have experienced long wait times in the drive-thru and parking lot.

The manager with the brown hair is extremely kind, patient, and she went the extra mile to give an amazing experience to all 3 of us. My sister said, was that a mcdonalds? Ive never experienced such kindness ever there in my life. Amazing attitudes over there that really impact the visitor

The service and food are outstanding! The atmosphere is a dystopian nightmare. The chairs are hard and uncomfortable, and there is very limited human interaction. One feels like part of a machine.

The last few times I've come in, the employees haven't been very helpful. I can overlook someone having a bad day, but what I can't overlook is staff not knowing what products are in stock, not knowing whether machines are working, or not knowing how to process a refund when a machine is out of service.
