I feel like the workers are always friendly and happy to help. I order for 5 and there is almost always something not as ordered (missing sauces, items not omitted from Zalad, etc) but they always fix it. If you order drive thru check your order for sure.
In closing...why do they keep the dining room so cold? It can be 40 degrees outside and they'll have the AC on the "walk in fridge" setting.
Appreciative of the hard working staff.
Witnessed an employee vaping in the store. In addition to that, they refused to do anything to fix or refund the meal they messed up. we drove 30 minutes home with it to find they didn’t follow directions. Offered two cookies for a $9-$10 meal. What a joke. This place is going down hill.
