Poor service from this place constantly screws up orders I place with them. I ga e them one last shot recently ordered 4 meals they said 20 minutes fir the order to be ready for pickup it wasn't busy at all. I arrived at approximately the 17 minute mark. I stood there and waited 45 additional minutes for my food. I will never order fron them again

Very good food
Super nice people! I picked my food up 5 minutes after ordering! Chicken Lo Mein was tasty and the egg roll was homemade and delicious! Also dumplings are really good too (fried & steamed). Will be coming back!

Tastes like frozen supermarket Chinese food.

The double cooked pork was delicious and loaded with meat and fresh vegetables! The addition of the fresh zucchini was really nice! I will definitely eat here again when I am in Livingston.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great menu, fast service, reasonable prices, and generous portions. Great, delicious food. And clean restaurant. Sometimes there's a nice surprise with my larger orders, like some delicious donuts for dessert! Thank you very much Dragon Express staff! Loved themπ

No buffet
Not sure what they did, but it tasted terrible. Nothing like it used to taste like Pork Fried Rice was awful. So was my sweet-and-sour chicken.
We love this place, always so kind and generous. Food is always Hot and delicious. Thanks-you!

Despite living in byrdstown me and my wife will still make the drive basically weekly. We have tried so many different options and they always have been filled to the brim and full of flavor. It might not be buffet, but the endless choices make it a worthwhile spot to stop at.

I was so looking forward to eating here because of the reviews, and a friends recommendation. I almost feel badly leaving this review, because the owners and family were so very nice! I believe in patronizing family businesses, but the food tastes like they don't care at all. It is reasonably priced, and the portions are a good size, but who can eat this? It is hands down the WORST Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life, and I'm pushing 60! I couldn't eat it. I ordered 3 combo's to go for my family. We had the combination platters that come with fried rice and an egg roll for $10.55 each. I tried them all.
The Shrimp in Lobster sauce tasted like chemicals.π³ The General Tso chicken didn't look or taste like chicken at all. The texture/consistency of it was like dehydrated beef that was rehydrated. It was tough, very dry, and heavily over-breaded plus not an ounce of Asian chili was used in the preparation! I love spicy food, and this had no chili whatsoever. Not one bit of spiciness. You can remove the chili symbol from the menu now.π The orange chicken was just as bad, unfortunately. The fried rice was old, reheated, and absolutely flavorless. I have never not been able to finish a meal that I paid for..
Unfortunately for me, it was atrocious in every way. I can't understand how this place has good reviews. I'm sad to say that I won't ever return. I was hoping that we had a decent Chinese place not too far from our new home, but this is absolutely NOT it.π Not even the egg rolls were done right. Hardly anything inside besides a tough, empty fried dough. Save your money and your time.
