Ummm…this is a bit difficult to write a review. I never had a BBQ like this before. I’d say that it is a new world for my taste buds. The sauces make it different and outstanding from other BBQ joints. If you like your BBQ a little sweeter, you will love 31 South. The Brisket is cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it a lot. Absolutely amazing place. We stopped by for lunch and neither of us had ever had it. The food was so fresh and my calzone was HUGE! the flavors this thing had was astonishing! I was only able to eat half and then take the rest home. If you haven’t tried this place yet please do yourself and your taste buds a favor and check them out! We will definitely be back soon!
