Bojangles is a restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. The chicken is juicy and tender, with the batter and chicken both seasoned exceptionally well. The biscuits are wonderfully fluffy and buttery with the right amount of salt. The sweet tea is by far the best you will buy out of a fast food place, not overly sweet. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. For a meal, a 4 piece box with sauce, fries, a biscuit, and dirty rice is recommended. Customers also enjoyed the steak egg and cheese biscuit combo, Mac n cheese, the 2 piece wing/breast, kids meal with tenders, and peach cobbler for dessert. The service is awesome, with sweet girls behind the counter working hard and in good spirits. One employee was described as prompt, polite, and professional. However, some customers waited at the counter for several minutes without an employee taking an order, and one location had many tables taken by sleeping homeless individuals, making some customers uncomfortable. The dirty rice was also unavailable at one visit around 7pm.
