“Love this place. So glad you are now in Goodlettsville! I no longer have to go to Bellevue or Hermitage for a smoothies. My family goes 3 or 5 times a week. My favorites are the Acia Berry Boost and the Kaie and Apple Slaw. My 2 sister are Avocolada and the Detox Island Green.“

“Very popular in the food court. It’s a line to order and to wait. They do take your number and text you when the food is ready, which is very helpful. You can grab a table first inside the food court. It is a huge hall and buzzing crowd.

The lobster is soft and tasty. The bread is buttery and fluffy. Butter makes it to another level. Overall a great lobster roll. But it’s a smaller portion. I will recommend to go for other food options if you are very hungry. This is for the fancy taste and expensive ingredients.“

“10/25/2025 we came here and ordered food to go. We ordered the garlic naan, classic tikka bowl with paneer which is cheese. I thought it was tofu at first. The food was delicious! So flavorful and was perfect with the garlic naan.

I would definitely recommend stopping here for food. There are little tables you can sit at and eat or take it to go which we did. My total was $42.38, well worth it!!“
