Arby's serves excellent food, including their signature roast beef and baked potatoes. The food is good and nice and hot. They use real gyro meat cut right off the spit it rotates on. However, some customers have experienced issues with drive-thru service, including long wait times and missing items like Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. Some orders are not fulfilled with the requested sauces or correct drinks.
