Absolutely hands-down 100% the best Smashburger I’ve ever had in my entire life. I had the brewery smash burger along with fries and the pub sauce. The pub sauce is probably one of the best non-ketchup french fry dips I’ve ever had also. It’s got a very high viscosity and every dip comes out with a little tidbit of flavor.

Atmosphere was great, food great and the blues music was great! The staff was also great.

Let’s address the elephant in the room: the big, bearded guy who looks like he could toss you out without blinking. Total opposite. Friendly, welcoming, and part of what makes this place work.
I went with a flight (plus one, because…of course), and every beer delivered exactly what the menu promised—no guessing games, no letdowns. That’s harder to find than it should be.
We grabbed the bar pretzels with beer cheese and spicy mustard, and honestly, that beer cheese stole the show. Creamy, bold, and the kind of thing you wish you could buy by the jar and take home.
Great beer, great food, even better people. This was a stop worth making.

The beers weren’t bad. The “sours” were really seltzers though. The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will have to come back to try the food and rate accordingly.

Just don't understand. When you simply state on a to go order that you don't want cheese on your smach burger and you want a gluten free bun the employee would follow your REQUEST. Well, after taken the order home to a starving wife who cannot eat dairy products or wheat. I don't get it.
Guess we'll cross them off our xmas list, and all of next year....piss me off.

Tasted several brews...all tasty as was the food, but really enjoyed the chill atmosphere. Only issue is that parking is limited.

Found a note from last month to remind myself to shoutout JUSTIN and CHRYSTAL (working to keep the people happy on Veteran’s Day- thank you for your service!) who made our delayed flight day a fun one! The beer is so good and we are sad we didn’t know about the food ahead of time and ate elsewhere. This place reminded me of the local feel of our neighborhood breweries in Chicago, and we WILL be back someday!

This brewery is doing some really fantastic things. Their Saisons are world class.... That's what keeps me visiting all the way from Chattanooga.
