Stopped by on my way home two months ago for drive-thru and ordered 8 piece chicken. When I got home a thigh was missing. Okay ? Honest mistake ? Earlier this month as drive thru was busy I walked in and ordered the same as take out. Again, when I got home two legs were missing and only got 6 pieces instead of 8. I called and spoke to Dillon the shift manager who said he would replace the meal, but I wasn't going to drive 40 miles round trip for two pieces of chicken....

The staff was so kind! We typically eat in Knoxville and have been avoiding Bojangles lately because most locations have not offered a great experience. Taevion (sp?) was so polite. We aren’t in Maryville often, but would recommend this location if you are craving bojangles!!
