I think napkins should be included with takeout. I had to ask for my receipt and napkins. We had two burgers and upon our request they were able to provide us with two napkins. Must have someone to count the napkins. The burgers were good and messy I could have used 2 of the small napkins myself but I shared.

Not clean~We have been coming here for a number of years. Over time the cleanliness has gone downhill. We were here at 11:30 in the morning and the floor needed a good sweeping and there was stuff underneath all the tables. Dust and dead bugs on the windowsills and smeared handprints on the windows. The ladies bathroom had a broken soap dispenser with an open top that I had to dip my hand in to get soap. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The guy that took our order was pleasant however. No complaints about the food or staff.

We tried cookout today in Maryville TN on the way to the mountains the food was decent but the drive thru help needs some lessons on hospitality and just plain customer service. Isaiah was very friend and polite but one of his co workers was very hard after a simple request for 3 small paper bags. He slammed the door shut and bang is hand on the beverage station. I know they are just kids but they're running your business. You should probably check in on them.

I was in the cookout this evening went through the drive-thru I ordered two chicken strip trays
I visited this Cookout on March 16th on my way home from the hospital where I had just spent a week with a sick relative. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon only and I had to repeat the order twice. I got to the window, paid and pulled away I opened the sandwich before leaving the parking lot to find out it had been made wrong. I parked my car and went inside. the manager (Mary) wanted to see my receipt so I went back out and got my receipt. then she told me she needed a my order number. I didn't know my order number she had my receipt and the sandwich was still in their wrapping and was still warm. she would not fix it and would not give me a refund. I went back out to the car and told my girlfriend what had happened so she went in a attempted to get it fixed. she returned to the car with a new sandwich but only after they charged her full price for the replacement sandwich. I paid 13 dollars for 1 chicken sandwich. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office about how Mary is running there restaurant on Monday

Constantly having my orders screwed up, missing items or being overcharged for items that the menu clearly say are cheaper. This has been happening for months now and it’s sad to see how bad the quality of this cookout is recently

Only ordered burger and cheese bites. Waited for over 30 min. Just to keep standing waiting. They can't keep up with orders because they are playing in the back. Really a sad place now. For them to go from a great place to this. Will not be back for lunch anymore.
