I used to love cookout in Pigeon Forge, Morristown had no issues, but when I moved to Maryville, this location, here has certainly changed my mind. I’ve had bad customer service, which I forgave. I’ve had little things like a shake so thin, that McDonald’s would be proud that there’s is thick. (Sarcasm) after ordering two chili dogs meal I got sick that’s the last straw.. of course there’s more issues that I’ve had with them such as them give me attitude over what cookout was famous for vinegar based pulled pork. Anyway, you decide to go here good luck.

Tell me why when I explicitly order my food in one of their “styles” they just decide to add whatever they want to it? I ordered out west style. So why did they ADD cheese, lettuce, and tomato? Do they not train yall on your menus? Can you not read?

Make sure you count your change at the Drive-in.
I was expecting 3 bills totalling $16 and I did not double check. When I did count my change it was $11 (two 5s and a 1). The two males in the window were smiling in the window when one stated your change is $16. My fault for not checking. PLEASE check your change!!!

I ordered a Cookout tray with a burger, hush puppies, and onion rings, on a very busy New Year's Eve, and want to give credit where credit is due. Amazing food and service at the window. Will definitely be back! Way to be! Maryville team!

Cookout is the top tier fastfood. Workers always courteous and fold always on point. No matter which restaurant you go to you can expect the same great quality food for a decent price.
I've had an issue with my order twice at this particular location! It's literally only a simple order of the white cheddar cheese bites! So the first time they were still frozen and then the second time they assured me they would be done but they overcooked them so bad that the cheese was gone out of the middle. I won't be back for a third time because I'm just done with them 🤢

I've raved before about the food. Last time I went the dudes working late at night were some of the chillest, kindest people I'd met. Made a drive thru pickup feel like a quick visit with friends. Give em all a raise.
