Sides, salad & desert we're good but the meatloaf, though a very generous portion, was way too salty. Don't know if it was intended to be this way or an accident.

The food was delicious - especially the chicken and whipped potatoes. The best however was the cake! We got a ton of compliments on it! It was the most moist cake ever! Chef Tony and his crew (Chef Aric, Anna, and Katie) provided the food for my husband's Celebration of Life. I had to wait a year because of Covid and I wanted everything perfect. And they made sure it was; beautifully and professionally presented and the selection was ideal. My guests were so very impressed on how good everything tasted, I'm still hearing praises 2 weeks later. Excellent value and quantity. But even more than the food itself, Chef Tony was charming and caring and made me feel like my event was as special to him as it was to me from the first phone call. And his crew members were sweet as well. They even put the left-overs (which were few) into containers and into my cooler to take home. I couldn't find anything that I would change about how well they treated me and my guests. They made a difficult day better and helped us honor my husband as he deserved. If you want quality and caring, then you want to use this caterer for your event.
