Hardee's provides a pleasant experience with friendly and personable staff. The steak biscuits are a highlight, with one customer receiving a fresh replacement when theirs was cold. The drive-thru service is efficient, with staff like Jaden Foster being helpful and well-mannered. Although some customers have received food that's not very warm, the overall quality is good. Be sure to ask for no jelly on your sausage biscuit, unless that's your preference!
