Just finished a delicious and refreshing smoothie called the Chocolate Elvis. It is chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. It was tasty AND guilt-free, and it was just what the doctor ordered as a quick meal replacement after I spent all morning walking about seven miles around South Knoxville's Park and trail system for exercise.
My only regret is that I am leaving town tomorrow AM as my vacation ends, and I didn't find out about this place sooner....

Visiting town from PA and decided to stop in today to try this place out after a long morning of hiking and exploring Ijams Nature Center and Forks of the River up in South Knoxville.
Shelly, the owner, was working, and I really enjoyed interacting with her and getting to chat a bit. I had a few questions, and she answered them thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I also got to meet her daughter, who was also there.
