First off the waitress there acted most of the time like we were annoying her. Secondly they had one chef they said that has been worked to death and she screwed up our order because she didn’t pay attention to what we ordered. Management needs to figure out how to get this person some help because someone will get an order that has something they are allergic too and that’s all they wrote and IHOP will have a severe issue. Management seemed annoyed that we were trying to let them know what was going on, even though after getting them back a second time they took the meal off the check because it couldn’t be eaten. Overall the place needs a lot of help and if the servers and managers are stressed out or tired of doing their jobs, then maybe they should speak up and or find another job where they will be happier. Too bad cause this place has a lot of potential to be great!

There was a very strange smell at our table when we arrived. Like a public bathroom is the best I can come up with to describe it. The syrup jar was so sticky, the chicken strips were fried to a dark crisp, they charged us $5 for a glass of orange juice. The bathrooms were sticky and didn't look to have been cleaned for ages. If you're looking for IHOP nostalgia, this is not the same IHOP we grew up with. 🥲

We sat for nearly 45 minutes waiting to get seated after being told 20 minutes MAX! Three parties before us left because of the wait. I went to the host stand to cancel our seats and no one ever came to the stand. I understand getting busy or understaffed but someone could have at least came and told us that it was going to be a longer wait. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

They were understaffed when we went. We did wait patiently for quite awhile. Our waitress kept us updated on things. The manager was back there helping cook. When we got our food it was delicious. Hard to find good help.
Very good experience. The waitress was awesome. The food was a bit bland but otherwise a tasty meal.

Don't bother using their online ordering, they will screw you. Ordered an omelet with various ingredients that I paid a lot for, got it home and it barely had anything in it....and NO avocado which I paid an extra $2 for which is ridiculous to begin with. $20 omelet with nothing inside... I want my money back. This is theft. Worst omelet I have ever had at an iHop. Go to Waffle House, it'll be better.
Update: did what they asked below and STILL have not heard anything... will be calling my credit card company.

First time eating at this IHop and it was absolutely delicious I got the steak tips with onions and mushrooms and I don’t normally eat everything but this time I did it was wonderful. I haven’t had ihop in over 7 years so I’m glad I did come to this one. It was even 1:00am on a Saturday!
