Went in Saturday evening and I'll never be back. Never saw anyone change gloves from the time we went in there as we ordered, ate, and left so at least 30-45 min worth of time. Going straight from grabbing cash in the till to grabbing the meat without swapping gloves. Over and over. Made our sandwiches straight on the counter no paper or anything under them. Wiping the knife to cut the sandwiches with the same rag they are using to wipe down the counters near the register ?. Hair hanging down in everyone's faces.... Most of them on their phones discussing their texting style with each other. Saw one worker come out of the bathroom and never go near a sink before she started grabbing things behind the counter. This place needs major training!

We went in after church today and had a sub sandwich which was very good, but the workers weren't very friendly and hospitable we said Thank you a couple times two different girls and got no response they wouldn't even look at us we are very disappointed in that part of our experience at Jersey Mike's out of four people working only one girl was smiling and friendly with us. We will go back for the food and I'm hoping if the people working there are not happy, they should find another job they should make the customer feel welcome

Loved my first time Jersey Mike's Subs experience. The staff greeted me upon entering. The facility was clean. The young man taking my order was very helpful and explained all my options. Everything is sliced fresh in front of you. In addition to all that, the sandwich I ordered was superb!! Thank you!

This jersey Mike's doesn't care about there customers I ordered a sub the was the meatless portobello and instead of calling or when picking my order up they decided to make me a steak portobello with I can not eat steak. So I had to drive back up there to have them change the sub and they claimed if my phone number was on there they would of called my phone number is on their. And I just ordered again to give them another chance when my husband went to pick up the order I told him to make sure they had the right sub .we'll this time they where no numbers telling you which is the sub you ordered and my husband asked and he was told it depends on who is working if they feel like putting a number it or not we'll im have a allergic reaction to spicy foods and I sure don't want to be touching someone else sub. If I where to bit into that person sub that I ordered it would of sent me to the hospital or it would of killed me . So I called up there and complained to them about .they need to train the workers right or fire them and get ones that care about there job if they don't care then get rid of them.

I ordered the number 1 Italian sub I called before they was preparing the order I specifically said no salami in my sub was suppose to have exra meat and I didn’t get it and I asked for fresher bread the bread I had was a lil hard

Best subs ever. Fresh ingredients from the meats sliced to order, to the veggies and condiments. The sandwiches are made quickly and are reasonably priced. Great customer service in store and food to pick up is always there when they say. Five stars.
They only put 2 peices of the thinnest meat on a ham sub it's crazy there isn't anything to it. It took 57 minutes to get one Italian reg size the line was crazy an one of the sub makers was crying they also have a girl cutting the subs so messed up you cantvest them it's really ridiculous in there an will never ever go back an it's to bad it was my favorite place ever reminds me of home in Massachusetts an jersey

My husband and I went Sunday evening when they were very busy but everyone was still very friendly. I have Celiac's and when I asked for gluten free bread, they asked if it was a preference or allergy. It took about 10-15 minutes for my sandwich to be ready but this was because 1) they were very busy and 2) they took all the steps to make sure my sandwich didn't get contaminated. Highly recommend them for their level of attentiveness and will definitely be back!

I really liked Jersey Mike's when they first came to town now the quality is way down. I spent over $16 for a sub and there was barely any meat on it way too much lettuce and they couldn't even get the tomato and onion right. The only way I would go back to JerseyMikes is if I wanted a good piece of bread because that's about the only thing that was quality.
