Very good food and service
Petro’s fixed MY mistake!! The Petro’s at Market Square donated sweet tea for the Alcoa High School band competition tomorrow and I thought it was the Petro’s in Maryville. The manager, Joy had me pull aside, provided all the items that Market Square agreed to donate, and said she would take care of working out the details on their end. THANK YOU JOY! Your store ROCKS!

Went through drive-through asked for a small petro light chili extra sour cream. It seems like I got light, sour cream and extra chili. The lady in the drive-through was really nice and sweet. They do give really good customer service. It’s just whoever is making the food does not listen to the customers request because I am eating all chili barely have any chips no sour cream. It’s nasty. And my chips should I say Fritos or steel? They have no crunch to them whatsoever. It’s like I’m chewing on rubber.

On my first visit to this location, Shaun welcomed me with kind Southern Hospitality. She explained the menu items and helped me decide what to order. The food was very good. Because of this positive experience, I came back a second time to eat there during my short visit to the area. It is refreshing to meet courteous people in the "fast food" industry that truly enjoy their job!

The customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and very well kept. My food came out slightly wrong but they fixed it quickly and I’m truly very satisfied with the customer experience at the maryville petro’s. I wish I could eat here every day.
