Never will I eat inside here again. We called ahead to make sure that this location had dine-in as we didn’t want to do carry out. The girl told my husband that she would have to check if the dining room was open. It was. Get there and there are 10 tables and 6 booths, all of which are empty. Girl seats us takes our order brings our food and never checks on us again. My husband had to get up to go ask for a drink refill, the silverware was dirty, the marinara sauce for our bread was cold. Asked for the sauce to be heated and no one knew how to do that. Skip this place all together.

6 employees working in the restaurant yet only 1 was working FOH. No manager stepping in and taking control of FOH and there was no one to take accountability for the people waiting restlessly while the incompetent employees were allowing pizzas to sit out unboxed for 10 minutes!!! Seen it with my own ? This restaurant needs managers who will take charge of the situation and work accordingly. Not just employees trying to hide from customers. And btw do NOT mark people's orders as ready if they have to wait for 20+ minutes for their order after it showed completed 20 minutes earlier!!

Ordered a medium meat lovers flavor and bone less wings, got back to my hotel room and I for the life of me have no ideal what kind of pizza it was looked like a cheese and banana pizza it sucked. If it hadn't been so far it would of been returned, never again pizza hut. This was in Maryville TNParking: Maryville TN, no wonder there was easy parking the food sucked and was totally wrong order
We placed an order for 2 pizzas. The app said 35 minute wait once I paid the order said 2 hr wait. There was a line of 6-8 !people with same complaint. I think they need more

I eat here often when I want a quick meal. Employee turnover here is very high. I recommend ordering on their app and picking it up. Food is always hot and prepared correctly.
I ordered pizza at 6:21 and was given an estimated time of 7:06 for delivery. I opted to receive text updates and was concerned when the delivery time had passed and I hadn’t received anything. At 7:40 I called the store to ask for an update on my order. The girl who answered the phone was rude and told me that my pizza had just been started. I told her we were expecting it to be delivered half an hour ago, and we didn’t want to wait any longer for the pizza as we have children that needed to have dinner before their 8:00 bedtime. She said she would have to ask a manager and put me on hold. After about 3 minutes, a boy picked up the phone and said “Manager.” I couldn’t believe this is how a person, let alone a manager, would answer the phone but I told him the situation and he simply said “I’ll cancel the order and refund the money back to your card” I thanked him and hung up the phone.To my surprise at 9:12 pm I received a call from a delivery driver saying my order was delivered, and I explained the situation to him and refused the pizza. He argued with me for 12 minutes about taking the pizza back, and was sitting in my driveway the entire time. My husband got a hold of the store on the other line and the manager we originally spoke to said he didn’t know how it happened. The delivery driver finally came back to the porch and picked up the pizza to return to the store, but we have not received our money back.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut on Foothils Mall Dr, and will be the last time we order from them again.
