I was well taken care of. I look forward to returning.

Made an order through the app tonight around 10:20/25. Family meal with sides. Wait was long since there was only 3 workers in there but for there to be only 3 workers they did a hell of a job. They didn’t have gallon sweet tea, spicy tenders or biscuits made but the woman did make fresh biscuits and they were great. Woman was very sweet about it and gave substitutes. While the wait isn’t insanely fast the food is good and the workers are polite.

Service was slow, had to wait for chicken tenders to be made, no other customers, floors were dirty, only a few clean tables, worker came in from outside and didn’t wash hands.

Dont come here after 8pm..... chicken has already been cooked and sitting and they are already closing down kitchen n cleaning and doing closing prep....very very tacky ... yall can definitely do better

SAVE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY

Had to wait over 30mins for them to cook the chicken. (Already paid before they told us they had no food ready)
Literally no chicken cooked and ready during rush hours!!
Staff are friendly but extremely lazy!
We watched over a dozen vehicles drive off and go to KFC

It's sad that I can't even order completed because the night shift manager wants to be rude and tell me no I cannot order 2 sandwiches I can either pay for what she rang up or leave. The disrespect from an MANGER IS INSANE.

You can tell they dont want to work where they do. Rude employees in the drive thru, and the worst part is I believe one of them was even a manager. Ordered white meat chicken and didn't tell us that they were out of it UNTIL we already pulled up to the window to get the food. Didn't even offer a refund. I believe the manager was the one putting the chicken in the bag and we could literally see her through the window with an attitude and rude look on her face because she was waiting on us to try to figure out what we wanted instead..as if we were the inconvenience for them not having the white meat chicken. 🙄
