The chicken, biscuit and honey were very good. I didn’t care that much for the Cole slaw. Next time I will try another side.

First time ever at a Popeyes. Got me a spicy chicken sandwhich.The people working not really even working. They walking around and chit chatting I litterally watched the guy take 2 business days to fill 3 potato cups. They all for real taking there sweeeeeeet time. I waited really long for my sandwich(KFC for the win) and my horrible frys. My sandwhich also wasn't a spicy sandwhich no spicy at all and not temp hot it was pretty mid for as long as I waited. 0/10.

I ordered a few side dishes to include the cajun fries. Neglegence doesn't describe the bad quality. These fries were literally inedible. I did go at 8 at night but that doesn't excuse purposely serving cold fries sitting in the most nasty oil and literally so tough you could not bite through them. DON'T come here, stick with the places that serve good food on a consistent basis like Petro's. I'm done.

Everything was excellent and HOT! FRESH! I can scream it loud enough fresh food is the BEST!! Everyone working are all nice to each other no bickering no one on their phones. This crew deserves a raise.

Also Dining room spotless. Came out to check and make sure all was clean.

Bathrooms also spotless. This is by far the best Popeyes I’ve been in. Will stop in again when I can swing it.

Possibly understaffed like everywhere else, but the expo this afternoon was making sure everyone got their correct order as soon as possible. She reassured everyone that their order was in the works.

Fries were half cooked and the chicken was so hard and dried out I couldn’t eat it , to bad lee’s is not opening back up.

The location on Foothills Mall Rd. When we pulled up to the window, the guy never even acknowledged us by "Hi" or "Thank you. Terrible customer service. The food was cold. My sandwich was just plain nasty.

"Ate in" (12/10). People were very nice & food was hot, fresh, & delicious! Even better than the one on Watt Rd! 😀

The food was fine. The man taking our order at the drive thru was a jerk. My girlfriend was doing the order and he acts like an absolute snartass to her over the speaker because he can't hear her soft spoken voice and has an attitude the entire time. Even after we got to the window he was still an jerk. I don't know what he has going on in his life that's made him that way or if he hates his job but that's not ok to treat somebody that way. He needs talked to or fired.
