Just spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. The speaker is so quiet and the exhaust from the fan outside the kitchen right behind the speaker is so loud that I could barely hear/understand the mumbling employee who eventually took my order. And after all that wait I get home and my sodas have no syrup in them and they were just carbonated water.

Drive-thru is always a changing experience. High turnover with inexperienced order-takers leads to incorrect orders. Food is good, though portions are getting smaller while the price increases; biscuits are great.

Placed an online order. Online says the store closes at 11. I placed an order @955 and went to pick it up at 10:20 and the store was closed . Popeyes charged and stole $29 with me not getting any food . All they could do is offer a $20 coupon . I’m not eating there if I don’t get refunded the money. They said due to me not taking a picture of the store closed @ 1020pm that they would not refund me . How is that fair? They can see in the system if my food was picked up or not . The food wasn’t even prepared because everyone was gone and lights were off .

We got a family 12 piece meal today.Took it home the chicken was under the heat. The chicken was not fresh.This has happened twice now the chicken wasn't fresh. I want be going there again. I be getting chicken somewhere else. I hated Lee's went out of business.
