I am in the area for a business trip, so when I saw this place I knew I had to stop and get a protein shake! In my hometown, the typical protein shake is watered down and lacking flavor. NOT SOUTHERN TWIST. I got the large cinnamon toast crunch shake, and this local business is going on my have-to-visit list for next trip because WOW. Such a great atmosphere to relax, helpful & smiling staff, and fast service for those on work breaks.

The best nutrition tea in the surrounding area! I’ve tried them all. I have been buying teas for almost two years now and have been treated so special EVERY time I go in the shop. I’m always called by first name and they go above and beyond to meet my nutrition needs by suggesting what my body might be lacking in nutrition. I haven’t had a cold for a very long time until now. Caught it at the hospital, staying with my husband. My 1st go to is my vitamin tea with extra energy...
