Megan was not only engaging with customers in the drive thru line offering them samples of your Irish Creme Cold Brew (which by the way was delicious), but was 100% present for those inside - connecting with each and every person that I saw. She had nothing but amazing things to say about Starbucks as a company, and I could tell that she wholeheartedly loves what she does. This is what keeps your other employees engaged & committed to excellence, and what keeps your customers coming back to this particular location, every time!
I always get the Carmel ribbon crunch with double espresso and exrtra crunch and the past 4 times it's been different each time, once I swear half the cup was just whipped topping and no coffee, I'm tired of paying for expensive coffee that taste like sweetened watered down milk!! I tried to call to see if I could get it fixed and they never answer the phone!!

They are very friendly. The drive through is backed up due to peak time. Had to wait like 15min. But workers are friendly and nice.
