Their app will tell you your order will be ready at a certain time but then they will give you a lecture about you not ordering far enough in advance. Then when you order in advance the drink is watered down from so much ice and you waiting in line. Ill stick to scooters š„°

Normally I have a wonderful experience picking up my order from this Starbucks, however this morning whoever was working the window 6/12 at 7:50am was super rude and did not seem very happy to be there or to be giving me my order. She didnāt greet me at all just handed me my stuff and yelled āhave a good oneā. Then when I asked for a straw she rolled her eyes and screamed again āhave a good oneā. I understand having a bad day and I donāt know her personal business, but if she feels this way maybe you should have the employees that normally run the window doing it who are really nice, greet you with a smile, and start your morning off the right way!

I walked in to pick up an order. It wasn't ready, so I sat down. No one says hello or smiles. I did ask the lady who made the order if everything was in the bag, and she said nothing to me. I asked her if she needed my name, but there was no response. I said thanks for your help. She walked away and started talking to another woman who worked there. So I know she wasn't deaf or physically challenged. Won't ever go back your customer service is no good. Rude honestly
This is by far the best starbucks that I have ever been to. I will pass up any other coffee shop to go to this location. When I went to go get my coffee today, I was greeted with the best customer service as per usual. Baristas Rebecca, Lydia, and Brandon are the most friendly and welcoming starbucks workers that I have ever met (I have been to a lot of starbuck lol). I definitely recommend!
