I spent 30 dollors at this taco bell. Worst food I've ever seen there. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo. Bottom layer looked like refried beans were just dumped on it. Top layer consisted of 4 tiny tomatoes and some kind of disgusting sauce that I have never had before on my pizza dumped all over the one side. Each of the tacos (6) of them had sour cream smeared on one side all stuck to the paper. My order was for. NO SOUR CREAM !!! There was no ice..and no sweet tea. Where do you get these people that just slop stuff together and can't follow directions. Won't be going back there again

every time I order from this location they don't give me the cinnamon twists which is an issue when I have a kid with allergies and the only way he can eat is cinnamon twists and plain tacos with no cheese come on yall just do your job

This is by far the worst Taco Bell maybe in existence. I’ve been here many times and it’s always the SLOWEST service. I just went thru the drive thru, 4-424 at 8:17pm and sat there for 10 minutes, with no other cars in line, waiting for my order to be taken because there were only TWO people working in the entire restaurant. It is the ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever experienced. THE WORST.

Went to the drive threw and there was people pressure washing told me to go inside. Went in side and the girl said mobile and drive thru orders only. When I told her we couldn't get through the drive thru she just closed her eyes and stood there. I couldn't tell if she was mentally handicap or messing with me. There are plenty of better options nearby.

They do not have enough staff to serve customers in the lobby. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through because the entire store was being run by 2 people. Depending on the crew they skimp on the meat or the food is a sloppy mess. Final nail in the coffin was the ~30% price hikes across the board by taco bell.

There is absolutely no logical reason that this store has been this poor in service for THIS LONG! These reviews, all of the exact same nature, date back months, even a year! I too, have had to wait in the ridiculously long drive through, and ended up going somewhere else ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! We will definitely not return to this Taco Bell Playhouse where I get EZ-Bake quality food.

GO TO ALCOA, Calderwell St instead!!!I have went here 4 times in the last month and it has been awful every time. My order has been wrong twice, the food is barely luke warm (being very generous as once it was ice cold). I don't eat in my car so I don't realize until 5 mins later when I'm at my apartment. Yesterday they couldn't serve food period because only one person showed up for their shift, or at least that is what I was told. The time I received 5 incorrect items (wrong burrito), and was overcharged for a medium mountain dew at 3pm (it should be a dollar) I tried going back the next day to see if they would right the situation.I spoke to a woman who told me that since I didn't have the receipt and it wasn't the same day I was out of luck and there is nothing they could do.I try to wait until I've been incredibly wronged or have had 3 bad experiences before leaving a negative review as I don't want to hurt anyone's livelihood or slander a business. This location is just absolutely awful, and was given more chances than most (it's so close to home and I just wish it was decent.)Maybe they have hire turnover and undertrained employees but it is just sub par and if you want taco bell you should go elsewhere.
