My wife and I decided to try all the BBQ places in our area, we live in Bartlett. Bozo's was the best. None of them were bad, they were all great. But Bozo's was the definitive winner. Love this place.

I got a bbq sandwich that was full of a lot fat and fries were burnt. I should've looked at my order before leaving but just made sure everything was in the bag but will NOT be returning. When I called back I was told to bring it back & they would replace it but this is around 7:30 pm & they close at 8:00 and was told that it couldn't be replaced the next day bc they're closed on Sunday and Monday. But I will NOT be returning to this place.

I ordered ribs they said that they had plenty 30 minutes later they dont have and i walked thur the door i see ribs going out to tables service is horrible they serve who they want sad...
