When I tell you this place has THE BEST chicken around. The skin is absolutely perfect. Each bite comes with an OH MY GOD effect. I'm not even joking!!! You have to try it yourself!!
Great fried chicken. Hard to go wrong with a combo from Gus. This location does not serve greens. However, that chicken came out piping hot and fresh and was delicious. Parking is a little jacked up but there was no wait to be seated and was serviced right away.
We took a 30mi country drive from Memphis ... All back roads. We arrived a little after 3 on Sunday. Cissy took care of us! Great service and the chicken and slaw was excellent. Can't wait for our next drive there!
