Sandwich has correct ingredients but was much skimpier than the last time I went. Almost no chicken on my chicken bacon ranch, and almost no cucumbers. Super disappointed at the lack of quality. Giving three stars only because they were on time with my online order and the ingredients were technically correct, though lacking.
I made a mobile order and the sandwich was ready when I got there. When I walked in a worker was on her phone out in the open for customers to see on the line. The workers didn't really seem like they wanted to be there and didn't seem like they wanted people to be coming in. Once I opened my sandwich there was basically no lettuce on my spicy Italian sub. The cookie I got was dry and over baked it seemed ,but maybe it was old.
