Food is good, but needs qc. I understand high volumes out of a food truck can be hard to manage. But check before you give away food. This is the second time I've paid for two proteins with my meal and received one.

The food is amazing, on par with sit down hibachi restaurants if not better. There's not much wait time for the food. They're the ONLY hibachi place I've ordered from that can actually package their food in a way that doesn't spill everywhere in the bag.
It's a food truck so don't expect much seating, though there is a park bench nearby if you want to sit and eat.

It's a food trailer, so no dining area except a single picnic table close to a highly traveled road. But the food is good if overpriced for the quantity in my opinion. But overall I'd recommend for a splurge meal.
