We were shocked with how good the food is here! We had 0 problems waiting for our food especially finding out all of it was being made fresh. Very friendly folks and as far as sushi goes this place served some solid honest to God sushi. The Hibachi Noodles with steak was also awesome, steak was tender and medium rare (they offered us the choice) the cooked vegetables weren't soggy at all and had a nice crunch and the noodles were firm and flavorful. Absolutely loved our food...
The people running Tako are, simply put, amazing. Their customer service and efficiency are en pointe, and when most places serve basic "cheese wontons", they make some of the best crab Rangoon I've found in a southern state!
The area outside of the food truck was nicely cleaned up, there was no trash or food on the ground. Though, there was no seating except one picnic table. The service was very nice and the man taking my order was kind and helpful. The food was below my expectations. I was hoping for more authentic Japanese flavor influences, but instead it tasted like maybe too much soy sauce was used. The chicken was a little bit tough as well.
