As a customer of adlines for years it's very disappointing to be one of the first customers in the morning and when I arrive to pick up my food it is cold as a business owner I expect you to hire people that understand the concept of working with food I place an order because I don't want to cook so therefore I expect hot fresh food when I come and pick up my food not food that I have to take home and warm up again now I would have been wrong if I left the food there and told you just keep the order we expect our customers to pay for any and everything but you just dish us out trash do better about your customers and you won't have to continue to raise your prices because you're losing so many of them to try and maintain to stay in business.

Ate the whole combo outside in the car! Adlines has the best (especially) honey gold/honey hot and seasoned wings in the city. Awesome product when consistent. I've been a satisfied customer for about 17 years.

Sometimes I love Adlines and sometimes it’s a huge disappointment. Tonight was on the disappointment side. Fries didn’t seem fresh but that’s forgivable enough. The worst part is the wings. Half or more of the wings are just so dry, even the ones in sauce. They’re no longer enjoyable to eat at that point l, but I paid so I eat them because I don’t feel like finding out if I’ll be met with attitude or not. On top of all this the menu on delivery services is always changing in some way or another. The drinks selections are not well maintained. And the quality of customer service is a hit or Miss. I would really love to have nothing but or mostly positive things to say about a black-owned business in Raleigh, but goodness y’all are not making it easy.

Say they are opened on sunday even the open sign lit up and store hours show what time they are open but are closed on sunday i would have a better rating.

They can be hit or miss. It depends on who is taking your order and which cook is cooking the wings.
I order a 5 pc whole and small okra and I’ve waited 30 mins when I was told 15… then come to find out my ticket was lost and they never we made it, but bc I still am hungry and wanted my wings I stayed and waited?not a apology or nothing very rude ppl working here on Thursday evening 630pm 6/29/23… I was recommended this place but NEVA will I enter these hot azz doors again!!!!

I don't understand why this place is not out of business yet. Must be a laundry. I thought it was suspect that they did not cook my call in order until after I came in to pick up and pay, but they even made an Uber eats driver wait over twenty minutes and tried to give him halve the order. This place is not intended to deliver customers quality food. Just to turn $0.30 wings into $2 cash and tax receipts. Do better!!!!
