ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!It's been a few years since I've eaten at adlines and since recently going back on a regular the customer service has been excellent!!! I'm not leaving this comment to say it was bad in the past because honestly i dont remember it's been just that long. However, I had to leave a review because in my recent experience as a seasoned adult, this is something you don't get often when dealing with black owned businesses. I ordered a carry out dinner for me and my Sister-in-law tonight and when I got there to pick up our order they had not fixed the orders which made me have to sit and wait for it to be fixed. When we got home our order was not what we expected. The chicken was cooked hard to the point I thought I would lose some teeth. They did not put our vegetables on the plate which specifically asked for and my fries were even worse. I rate my food experience a 3 because of the poor service...read full review

Ate the whole combo outside in the car! Adlines has the best (especially) honey gold/honey hot and seasoned wings in the city. Awesome product when consistent. I've been a satisfied customer for about 17 years.
