Made an online order 10/12/2025 for spicy chicken got to there they did not have spicy chicken requested a refund was told to go online, fine!. Went online to cancel for my refund haven’t gotten a response yet. It’s can’t be this difficult to get your money back. And in that same day I went to a location that had spicy chicken thinking it will take no time to get my refund. Online support needs to do better and provide a customer support phone #
