Honestly better than Starbucks. By far my favorite coffee in Memphis

Feels like a much needed upgrade to the zoo. I got the chickie cherry chai latte, iced, and it was very tasty if a little watery. Kind of expensive, but I consider it a good cause!

The grizzly graham latte was spectacular. Would go back to the zoo, just for this! Other guests in our party also said the regular coffee and cold brew was also good.

The employee was very kind and made it a fun experience for my daughter.

The manager needs to take a chill pill. So freaking mean. Not just to me but the way she spoke to her employee. I did nothing but ordered my drink, it’s my first time here and the lady was helping me out, but the manager … needs to have a better attitude. If she was having a bad day, I get it, I do sometimes, but keep your composure until you leave work.
Other than that the food and drink were good.

I only had a black coffee but I was pleasantly surprised by what the cafe had to offer. It's wonderful to enjoy a drink while walking through the zoo. Very good experience ?

Great coffee and tea and VERY cute decor. The iced matcha latte (Pufferfish) and frozen white chocolate (Polar Bear) are fantastic.

Great little coffee shop with a beautiful atmosphere. 3 stars because it only stays open until 3 and if you want something at 2:45, the barista will very rudely tell you that they’re closed even though it takes less than 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee to go. I wish the coffee shop had the same hours as the rest of the zoo. It would be great to have warm drinks all day, especially in the winter.

Great place to stop and grab a coffee, hot chocolate, quick bite while at the zoo with a great atmosphere and instant service.. Coffee is wonderful. And if you want to add a shot of liquor, that's available too!

Beats Starbucks. Smells heavenly when you walkin the door. Great atmosphere and awesome coffee!!

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting too much when I saw a coffee shop in a zoo. BUT it was actually really, really good! The decor inside is so cool and atmospheric, and the coffee was delicious! They had a wide range of options on the menu and the prices were so reasonable. This is going to be my treat to myself every time we hit the zoo now!
