Visited October 2024 in the evening. Was Very Loud, Very Crowded. Otherwise good. We had our first date as boyfriend and girlfriend here and now we’re coming up on our one year anniversary!! So this place is definitely special to us, and we always love some good BBQ!!
We pulled into Memphis last Monday after a 24 hour marathon drive. At 1:30pm we went looking for a decent meal before we went to our hotel to crash out for a nap and we decided this was the place.
Walking in the door to a brilliant live blues band (I did mention this was a MONDAY AFTERNOON right?!?!?) was a delightful surprise. The Jason Foree band was awesome - and the food was even better!

My ribs and sides were good but my boyfriend's burger, although large, was dry. Service was excellent. Atmosphere exactly what we were looking for in our 1st time visiting Memphis, TN. Overall we would come again, it was a great experience.
