I got my food DoorDash and they messed up my whole order and am pregnant at work and they phone don’t work got the double burger with American cheese they didn’t put the cheese paid separately for chili cheese fries they didn’t put that in the bag am so pissed off

This place is gross. Thought I would try it again after it reopened and it's still gross. Ordered a Bacon Cheddar burger combo w/ fries and a lemonade. The burger patty was cold, the fries tasted like the frying oil was old, and the lemonade was disgusting. How do you screw up lemonade. This was always the worst BYB in the city, every location is closed now but this is the one they decided to reopen? Won't be going back.

I just got home from the drive thru at the Park Ave Memphis location. I got a #1 combo with fries and diet coke. Got home and bun was somewhat soggy...burger was not even warm and flavor less. The fries were great but not full ( I up sized to large). Very disappointed in burger and won't be back again. It tasted like it was cooked earlier and placed on some water to not dry out. Just awful

This is my second time going to this backyard burger location on Park ave! I should have learned from the first incident! Took my food back that first time; however, today I purchased the cheese burger combo. It was packed with mayo, let me just say it was terrible! Not only that I ordered the peach cobbler, and it was cold and the peaches were way too hard to even break off to eat with the crust, well it was barely enough of that! I was only my home and was not worth driving all the way back! I don't like wasting my money that I work to hard for! I didn't take a pic of the sandwich because I was too upset. I just threw it away. This location will not get my hard earned money again!

I haven’t been to backyard burger in awhile but was close by it and super hungry. Stopped by and grabbed some kids hotdog meals and a bacon cheeseburger. I was so impressed by how fast the service was through the drive thru and how good all the food was! Fries fresh and burger plus hotdogs were delicious! I will be back!
