Grabbed a quick lunch with a friend at Honey Baked Ham on poplar today. The food was as good as always, although I wish they would get some gluten-free bread so I didn't have to eat "sandwiches" without it. I was very pleased with how efficient and friendly the people staffing in the store were. Kudos!
Employee named JAY had the best customer service I'd seen in a long time. I've been in Customer Service for over 25 years! From A-Z he asked. Very polite. "The Best!"Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move around. Mom was very satisfied in chair. She loved her FAVORITE SANDWICH.

I just would like to say I had a very pleasant experience here today. I had no business waiting til the last minute to get my Easter ham, but I did. And even though I could not make a reservation, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. And for that I am so grateful and thankful for her. This was my first HBH purchase, and I will surely return to this location for the exceptional customer service provided by Vanessa!
