I went for dinner tonight! The female employee that took my order was very nice and friendly! Not sure if she was the same one that gave me my order after paying for it or not! I can see why all of the locations have closed except a couple. Backyard burger have always had the best burgers, and grilled chicken sandwiches for a fast food place. With all other locations closed, you would think the only one left in Memphis would supersede it's service and quality of food. The food was no better than Checkers. I have been a customer of Back Yard Brugers for decades. On my last trip to this location, I arrived at the drive through lane at approx. 8:30pm. After waiting a few minutes, I was told it was closed. I am still confused though bc you are supposed to stay open until 9pm. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
