I’ll give these guys credit — they did a good job. The food actually reminded me a lot of Backyard Burgers, which is definitely a compliment. It was easily better than your typical corporate chain food, and the service was friendly and welcoming.

A person with disabilities visited your establishment and lost their footing. instead of helping, your staff laughed. When she asked them to stop laughing, it continued as her mother helped her up by herself. This is unacceptable.
