I just would like to say I had a very pleasant experience here today. I had no business waiting til the last minute to get my Easter ham, but I did. And even though I could not make a reservation, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. And for that I am so grateful and thankful for her. This was my first HBH purchase, and I will surely return to this location for the exceptional customer service provided by Vanessa!

Grabbed a quick lunch with a friend at Honey Baked Ham on poplar today. The food was as good as always, although I wish they would get some gluten-free bread so I didn't have to eat "sandwiches" without it. I was very pleased with how efficient and friendly the people staffing in the store were. Kudos!

The roasted Honey Baked Turkey Breast was delicious! When it comes to those vegetables, I give them 5 thumbs ?????. There's one thing I hate more than anything is wasting my money. I ordered, the Au gratin potatoes. The Baked beans. And the Macaroni and Cheese. When I tell you they were all very nasty, they were extremely nasty. After one bite of each I threw them all in the garbage!

First of all, I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. I decided to treat my grandchildren to a Honey Baked Ham in which they have never had. I had been bragging to them how it was the BEST EVER!!!! Well, I ordered the 9-9.99lb ham with the bone in and a Pecan pie ($19 too much!) The ham was extrememly dry and the glaze on top was black!!!! Clearly this was an OLD HAM!!!! My total cost was $144.36!Futhermore, I thought this was supposed to be a whole ham! I am so dissappointed. My grandchildren do not know since they have not had one before, but they don't like it because it is so dry/OLD! I feel like a FOOL! It is hard enough that this generation does not respect the elderly and feel we don't know anything. Well, they wanted McDonalds and I told them they deserve better than that today! I wanted to treat them to what I felt as being the BEST!!!!!! Times have surely changed! I bet had I came in to get such an order, it would have been on point. I am noticing how many restuarants will send whatever to customers who order via delivery!!!
