The staff went above and beyond expectations. I was ordering something that was a bit of an acquired taste, and they warned me and gave me a sample beforehand. I ended up ordering something else as a result because I wouldn't have liked my original idea as much. Excellent catch.

Terrible customer service walked in 2 hours before closing 3 girl working and no one greeted us and the black girl kept trying to charge us without giving us our stuff and when we paid the girl forgot about our milkshake and was washing dishes while we stood there for 5 minutes untill we asked her about it and she said she forgot, they were just trying to close early

Really zero stars. Just walked into store and the bell rang, no greeting and waited at ice cream case. Young lady never acknowledged a potential customer. Just left. ??♀️

Ordered a classic rectangle cake. They had it on time and it was delicious. My only complaint, and I guess it really isn't a complaint, the writing on the cake was in s riptide and kind of hard to read.

Terrible service. The girl rung up my milkshake with a $2 coupon off I gave her, but she only took $1 off. Then, she acted like she couldn’t fix it. When I asked her if someone else could help, she just stood there talking really low under her breath, like she didn’t care, and just said, “no.” She could’ve done something, but chose to do nothing. So I ended up paying more than I was supposed to for no reason. Waste of time.

This location was just not what I thought it would be especially being that it is in a high traffic area where lots of shoppers are. It wasn't clean or stocked with the items that you need...such as SPOONS! The creature creation ice cream was made all messy and wasn't like how others make them at all. Then the hats that came with them were dirty as if they had been on the floor. Then when we requested clean ones, they were out of them. The service wasn't to good either. They definitely need to get it together!
