This is the worst experience ever from Baskin Robbin’s . I ordered pralines and cream shake but the thing is i have a free medium frozen beverage so i claimed it . But she made it all milk like literally its feels like i am drinking milk with some chopped nuts . I went back there and asked she was like i cant do anything and they even asked me to pay for that again to make it . I was shocked by that customer service . This is the worst thing ever happened though its the free one they need to put the ice-cream quantity as per required but instead they put the whole milk and i felt like theres only one scoop of icecream it doesn’t taste like the ice cream flavor at all . I don’t recommend it .

Go to sugar ghost on broad street, this location preserves their inventory by serving you smaller scoops (kids scoop) for their sundaes and has inflated pricing. Sugar ghost is homemade and local. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location, the yelp reviews are correct.

I visited here after not ordering from here for a few months. When I completed my order for a brownie sundae, I pulled up as close as I could, from the speaker, to the vehicle in front of me. There was not much space to move up, suddenly about 5 times, the lady over the speaker who took my order, kept saying please move forward. I'm thinking to myself, she knows there is no room to move up because there are many cars in line. Hearing her say this repetitiously, I ignored her.
When I went to the window to pay and receive my order, the cashier didn't put a lid on the sundae. I asked for a lid. Never have I had to ask for a lid. I saw that customers in front of me received lids covering of their order. No one wants an unhygienic order.
They really need to check your customer service skills when it comes to serving all customers. I will not be coming here again.

The price was slightly lower than expected( compared to other dessert places I have been to in Memphis), and the mango flavor was amazing, just like juicy Indian Alphonso mangoes. I loved how the texture wasn’t too frozen, hurting the teeth, or too soft to slip out of the cone. It was perfectly balanced and tasted great!
No one likes melted ice cream. I dont know if it's to save money on the refrigeration or to make it easier to scoop, but every time I come they hand me soft next to almost melted ice cream. I suspect it is to be cheap because when I ask for extra nuts they charge $1 and still try to get away with not giving the extra I paid for.
