The price was slightly lower than expected( compared to other dessert places I have been to in Memphis), and the mango flavor was amazing, just like juicy Indian Alphonso mangoes. I loved how the texture wasn’t too frozen, hurting the teeth, or too soft to slip out of the cone. It was perfectly balanced and tasted great!

No one likes melted ice cream. I dont know if it's to save money on the refrigeration or to make it easier to scoop, but every time I come they hand me soft next to almost melted ice cream. I suspect it is to be cheap because when I ask for extra nuts they charge $1 and still try to get away with not giving the extra I paid for.

Worst Baskin Robbin’s ever! the milkshake will be watered down and basically gone bad before you’ve left the window.The cashier will argue with you and have attitude if you ask for the shake to be made thicker! Terrible customer service !

Don't waste your time and money. They are beating there customers. The customer serves is awful. They act annoyed when type ordering. They are using a small scoop to serve their customers. It doesn't matter if your getting sundaes , cones , cups or kids cups. They use the same scoop.

Horrible customer service. I meant to order a medium mint chip shake and accidentally said “peppermint chip shake”. The lady handed it to me and I noticed it looked pink with no chips in it. I said I meant to order the mint shake with chips in it.. this doesn’t look right. She said no you ordered the peppermint shake. I said well that was an accident, I wanted the mint chip. She would not take the drink back and exchange it, she said it’s already made I cannot re-make it. I was shocked. I had to buy a second shake. I bought it and she handed me a large.. she says “I made it large for you”… I didn’t ask for a large. I’m not going to drink that much. I just wanted the medium mint chip. Now I have a medium peppermint that’s going to waste, AND half a large mint chip that isn’t even my correct order.. who knew they had like 14 types of mint and unless you said the exact correct phrase you’re getting jipped ??? They could have clarified when I ordered. They could have just exchanged the “pEpPeRmInT” for what they knew I wanted.

I called this morning before I made a trip to thr location to ensure they were open. I was told they were operating normal business hours. Apon arrival the doors were locked and the staff never came to the door or acknowledged us. They looked at us and continued as if they did not see us.This was around 11:18. I will not be returning to this location again.
Terrible. Save your money. They were very inpatient with me in the drive through because I ordered 5 ice creams for all the kids. I got to the window and they basically threw my order at me. One of the shakes had a lot of milk on the side of it. I asked them for a napkin to wipe it off and the guy said no. There are some in the bag. I reiterated that it was to wipe off the side of the cup and I didn't have the bag yet. They were very rude the entire encounter. The shakes were also just milk and the mix ins. I tried to add ice cream at home, but we were so done with this incounter, nothing could have saved them. I will not be coming back.
