Enjoyed the food. Carl was excellent with service.
Rude and unfriendly customer service- we didn’t even get a seat in the place and no courtesy call to tell us that they were not able to accommodate us.
My wife and I got there at 8 am and our food was still not out at 8:35. Was told they had to make more waffle batter. All while 2 different couples got their food and one out of the two leaving after finishing their meal. Will not be back. Poplar plaza location.
