Came here tonight for my birthday with my entire family. The waitress assigned to our table was incredibly rude and short with everyone. She acted like she’d rather jump off a bridge than serve us, despite our attempts to be super nice to her. When we ordered our meals, nothing was said to us about fried rice being an up-charge when we ordered. (Literally ANYWHERE hibachi includes fried rice in hibachi meals so this was just ridiculous to me). When she brought the white rice out and everyone was confused and asked for fried rice, she told us it would be a $2-$3 a person. We said fine. Get our ticket, and it was $6.60 a person. That’s quite a distinction. We all ordered water and with two chicken hibachi meals and one steak meal, the total was $156 (with $20 extra to add the fried rice). When you pay for hibachi you pay for the experience and while the chef was nice, he did nothing you’d expect. No onion volcano, no onion choochoo train. No egg juggling or egg toss in the hat. No food tossing in the mouth. We might as well have just gone somewhere else that served hibachi but cooked it in the kitchen and brought it out. The whole process was super disappointing and definitely not worth almost $160. Save your money and go to Osaka or Red Koi.

Food was on point! The fried rice was some of the best I’ve had and the scallops were perfect! The onion soup,steak, shrimp, and vegetables were all very good. Price point is a bit high, but when you go to a high end restaurant you should expect that. I also have to give a big shout out to our server Keara! She was kind, great attitude, and was very attentive to our needs. When I go back I will definitely ask to be seated at her table.

I simply HATE this establishment! Including tip, our experience was $175. That's ridiculous and I'll NEVER, EVER go back. There was nothing there that should have cost that much.

The food is excellent. Our chef, Jose, is the BEST cook! We love Benihana! Jadon, our waiter, was excellent! We love the chicken and rice, the salad, the vegetables, and the meat. We had chicken and steak! Jose cooked it just like we like it!

We had a good experience overall! My only concern is that we had a reservation and although we were on time, we were not seated for 30 minutes. That's annoying! They should do a better job at seating parties timely. I would have rated them excellent, had it not been for having to wait so long.
