Impossible to make a reservation. Using the link on the site takes one to Open Table, which then advises this restaurant isn't on Open Table, please call the restaurant. After numerous unanswered calls, the human who answered just said "hello," but when asked if I had reached Bleu, responded "yes." Stated I'd like a reservation for certain date and time, outdoor seating; said human responded she didn't know if they were open for outdoor seating or not and didn't know whether she could take a reservation or not, hold on. Hung up after lengthy hold. The menu looks wonderful, but making a reservation shouldn't be so difficult.

Hotel restaurant/bar that does the bare minimum to qualify as a restaurant. Hours are hard to determine as we have tried to go a few times now and it is always closed.

Stayed at the hotel, which was really nice. Thought i would enjoy breakfast at this restaurant. Really short staffed. After i sat for about thirty minutes the hostess came to me and said she noticed no one has served me. She came right over took my order and apologized. I told her it wasnt her fault. It was theres. Servers where looking lost. Food was actually good though. I asked her name she said tiffanie. She was amazing. Thanks for turning my morning around

( Dream ) Breakfast review. Chef was on fire making special order veggie-omelet-no-cheese to perfection. Avó toast, fruit & oatmeal were a little extra yum. Teresa hustled for my peculiar oat milk -half-caff coffee order. Thank you Teresa for helping us get back on schedule, too. IF I LIVED IN MEMPHO - I would totally check out this chef. Just passing through. ?

Thank you Carmen Hicks for accommodating and setting up my awesome birthday celebration. I invited a host of my radio friends from Memphis to join me and the experience was awesome. I believe they now have a new place to host some of their events. Vernon, the manager of Bleu, was very hospitable and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to do it again. Yes, I’m planning my moms 70th birthday with you all. See you soon.

We spent Christmas dinner at Bleu Restaurant and Lounge. Food was great and the service was excellent. Shannon was super friendly, provided great service and made us laugh. Our son lives in Memphis and next time we visit, we will definitely visit Blue Restaurant again!

I stayed at the Westin Hotel & had dinner here as well as breakfast...just loved it! Some real southern gems on the menu. The restaurant is right by Beale Street in the heart of Memphis. I had fantastic service from Shannon and we also had a good chat about life in Memphis etc. A real pleasure to eat here & enjoy the wonderful people who worked at this restaurant. Thank you!!

This was the best experience ever. Great atmosphere great food and the best waitress that took care of us. She was on point all night. Thos was our first time visiting and it want be our last.
We had a choice this evening of the special three-course Valentines menu or ordering off of the menu. We were just as happy ordering off of the menu... Best fried green tomatoes ever and wonderful and interesting dining choices. Shannon did a great job of getting us our food quickly and efficiently. We loved sitting directly across the street from the FedEx forum to people watch and get a good feel for the Westin Hotel.
