Impossible to make a reservation. Using the link on the site takes one to Open Table, which then advises this restaurant isn't on Open Table, please call the restaurant. After numerous unanswered calls, the human who answered just said "hello," but when asked if I had reached Bleu, responded "yes." Very rude waitress, sat for 30 minutes and didn’t even get water. Waitress threw hand in air and basically said no we we asked for her. We ended up walking out. Very terrible experience for a Westin hotel breakfast.
