It's your typical Cracker Barrel- inside and out. The staff was friendly and professional. However, staffing is an issue. Approximately 25% of the restaurant was not used and closed off because of short staff. We were there on Sunday and the empty tables added to the wait times for potential customers.
Sat down to order the waiter took our drink order but when it came to food service I was morphed at how slow they are simple breakfast order which took about 30 minutes. It’s 11:24 am and we can in at 10:30 still haven’t received our order, I’m visiting from North Carolina and every time I come to Memphis the service get slower and slower. Bathrooms were dirty. The walls look like they've never been wiped down. Paper towels spilling into the floor. The lattice wall next to our table was disgusting. They got my order wrong. Politely sent it back. Got the correct order.Service was so slow the bread was cold. My sides looked and tasted like day old leftovers.
